Strawhecker Renaming and Rebranding
Paul J. Strawhecker, Inc. has over 26 years of nonprofit consulting and fundraising for organizations nationwide. With Paul retiring at the end of 2021, he passed the family business off to his son, Ryan. While still honoring the Strawhecker namesake, Strawhecker Nonprofit Services was created, offering solutions in fundraising, marketing, planning, and training.
The Agile Triangle.
The triangle is a modern derivative of the original Paul J. Strawhecker logomark, updated with fresh vibrant colors. As the most stable geometric shape, this equilateral triangle was designed to “land on its feet” no matter how you spin it – just like the business. Strawhecker Nonprofit Services is nimble in adapting to the unique challenges of modern nonprofits and navigating industry changes.
The three vertices represent the 3 main service lines of SNS, overlapping and interlocking to form the cornerstones of nonprofit success: Fundraising, Marketing, and Training. The central triangle represents the guiding force of the business, continued under new leadership: the nonprofit heart.
Fresh, but familiar.
The custom typography for Strawhecker Nonprofit Services mirrors the upward angle of the agile triangle mark on each serif. This pseudo-serif typeface, Fenix, conjunct modern Roboto of the tagline, bridges the gap between the traditional Paul J. Strawhecker business and the modern Strawhecker Nonprofit Services without sacrificing the solid foundations on which the business was built.
